Our Wagyu Brisket spends up to 12 hours in the smoker, developing that signature bark, beautiful smoke ring and tenderness that’s worth every minute of the wait.

It’s simple.

Grillfest at Sentosa: 2024 and 2025!

Two years, two fires and some of our best season behind the smoker. Our smokers especially Loco worked overtime, the queues kept coming and we fed more people in a weekend than we thought possible.

To everyone who came down to dine with us… TERIMA KASIH! Thank you for your support, for queuing and for waiting so patiently even during the busy rush hours. We know the wait can be long at times and we truly appreciate your understanding.

To those who tagged us, shared your photos, videos and kind words about our food, thank you for the love. Seeing your posts and hearing that you enjoyed the food means a lot to our team.
