If our baseline "house pour" isn't blowing your mind, we aren't doing our jobs properly. Most places hide their cheapest, lowest-grade ingredients in their milk drinks, assuming the sweetness will mask the lack of quality. We think that's lazy.

While the rest of the industry is cutting corners to save a few cents, we just completely overhauled our house matcha.

Which one are you?

๐ŸŸข The Isuzu (ไบ”ๅ้ˆด): The Cutter. Sharp, distinct, and grassy. It has enough bitterness to cut through milk and sugar. Perfect for a punchy Iced Latte.

๐ŸŸข The Yugen (ๅˆ็Ž„): The Balance. Soft umami with a clean finish. Itโ€™s the "Goldilocks" gradeโ€”not too sharp, not too delicate. The industry standard for a reason.

๐ŸŸข The Wako (ๅ’Œๅ…‰): The Lux. High ceremonial grade. Zero bitterness, heavy creaminess, deep savory umami. We recommend drinking this with water (Usucha) or very little milk.
