Poon’s Supperclub, established in 2019, is helmed by Fiji-born private chef and artist Kevin WY Lee.

Kevin WY Lee is also the host of two seasons of In Search Of Heat, CNA’s award-winning series about spice and flavour hunting in Southeast Asia.
