I have been taking photos and videos professionally almost 3 decades.
It brings me much joy to share my perspective of the world around me visually.
Fun fact: I almost died several times filming.
Once in a Toyota warehouse - I stood on a pallet on a forklift 3 storeys high, without a harness. I was unprepared for how shaky it would be moving and almost fell off. Thankfully my roller blading balancing instinct saved me.
Once in Pasir Gudang, I was on a racetrack filming BMW Advanced Driver Training, I changed my location and moments later an out of control BMW E46 almost crashed at the exact place.
Capturing images is about being in the right space at the right time, with the right equipment and the right mindset.
Sometimes work can be immensely tiring and feels like a chore, but I’m thankful I get to do this for a living. My life has been an interesting one indeed, and it is because I often take the unbeaten path.
