After 16 incredible years of burgers, beers, and countless Guilty Pleasures, OverEasy is gearing up for a new chapter. From 3 November 2025, The Lo & Behold Group will enter into a strategic partnership with Beyond Collective, who will take over the operations of OverEasy.
It feels only fitting that the baton is being passed to very familiar hands. Allan and Chef Jason who now run Beyond Collective will be returning to OverEasy to drive its next phase of growth. Allan was our OG General Manager and Managing Partner, while Chef Jason was OverEasy's very first Chef and the man responsible for some of the classics that remain on our menu to this day. With their deep experience and shared history with the brand, we can't imagine anyone better placed to take us into the future.
It’s hard to believe it’s been nearly two decades since we flipped the script on the All-American diner—complete with spiked milkshakes, a whole lotta moxie, and nights that somehow always ended later than planned. Over the years, we’ve hosted everything from DJ blowouts (ft Tokimonsta, Breakbot, Classixx, Cherokee, RAC—and of course, our own homegrown heroes Eatmepoptart, Daydream Nation, Kampong Boogie, Groovetop, KFC and more) to no-holds-barred beer pong tournaments (King Pong, anyone?) and the pre/post-game spot during the city's clubbing heyday at Butter Factory.
Here's to the good times—the past, the present and still to come.
