Lè Fusion, nestled near the Singapore River, is a chic restaurant and bar where lèisure dining meets a lègacy of culinary innovation. Taking inspiration from their walk through the world, the passionate husband and wife duo behind Lè Fusion decidedly fuses all of their favourite eats in one place.
Gently lit by red pendant lamps, Lè Fusion's walls are decorated with graffiti-esque pop art, with neon signs providing an extra je ne sais quoi. Lè Fusion is all about 樂 (‘le’, which means ‘joy’ in Chinese) in every aspect of its journey from recipe innovation, curation of ingredients, to an exquisite culinary and other-worldly experience for diners. While preserving the DNA of Chinese cuisine, Lè Fusion's culinary masterpieces are refreshed with contemporary tinkering and a unique twist of ingredients.
