For anyone who wants to purchase frozen fish soup packs, it will be available at the pop-up collaboration with Tanglin Cookhouse at both their Tanglin Mall and PLQ outlets!

Each pack is meticulously hand poured and sealed individually before going into the freezer after the soup has cooled down.

Our frozen soup contains no salt, sugar and MSG, so adding salt to bring out the flavours is a must! But the seasoning packs provided helps to season the soup without having to constantly adjust how much salt to put into the soup 🤗

Learning how to make the fish soup we are known for was one of the biggest challenges i had. Why?

Because there wasn’t a written recipe that was handed down. Also, there were changes that needed to be made to the recipe and the only way was learning how to make the soup.

So i learnt from scratch without being taught by my chefs while we still had our restaurant. It took almost 1 year of experimenting.

Part of the change was switching from using pork bones to chicken bones. Next was nailing down the proportions of bones and also the amount of ginger and pepper used.

But other than that, it was also learning all the basics at the same time.
