SushiAirways invites you to a unique gastronomic adventure, on board Singapore’s first aeroplane-themed restaurant. We are located within walking distance of the hip Haji Lane, and are smack in the centre of the quaint and bohemian Arab Street/ Kampong Glam district. You will experience something unique in ambience combined with high quality dining that will not send your wallet through an air pocket. Looking through the windows of our 2nd storey restaurant ‘aeroplane’, you will enjoy the view and buzz of Arab Street, literally looking down, in air-con comfort. Popular with air crew and foodies alike, SushiAirways prides itself on providing the freshest sushi and sashimi to our passengers. Choice seafood is flown in four times a week from Japan to satisfy even the most discerning of palates. We offer an a-la-carte menu via our distinctive Flight Manual, complemented with a Seasonal Items Menu, and an excellent selection of sake. Should you wish to partake, and lift yourself above the clouds, our chef also offers an Omakase degustation menu based on seasonal specialities flown in that week. (Omakase means “I’ll leave it to you” in Japanese). Both our a-la-carte and Omakase menus offer a gastronomic experience to give some of the best Japanese restaurants in town a run for their money. For those who prefer a light sampler, we do offer a choice of Executive Set Lunches, at $26+ per head. Perfect for that short flight before getting back to work or resuming one’s shopping adventures in Haji Lane.
