Every workshop is a chance for us to share a little piece of what we do, and why we're so passionate about it.
While you'll be making your own ice cream from scratch, we also spend time talking about gelato. We share what makes it different, why we chose to specialise in it, and the little details that most people never notice until they taste the two side by side.
