Our boss might have the trophies, but the passion for coffee runs through the whole team.

As a 5-time Singapore Latte Art Champion, 2-time World Latte Art Championship finalist, and 2025 Singapore Barista Champion, our boss, Jervis, has spent years pushing the standards of specialty coffee. 🏆

The best part? That culture of learning and craftsmanship doesn’t stop with him.

This latte wasn’t poured by Jervis, but by one of our baristas, Yong Xiang, who takes pride in every cup served. Whether it’s dialing in espresso, steaming silky milk, or practicing pours after service, we are always chasing that next level.

Every cup is a team effort. Every pour tells a story.

Our Truffle Mushroom Pasta is one of those classics we keep coming back to — comforting, satisfying, and packed with layers of umami. 🍝

We start with spaghetti tossed with sauteed mushrooms, then build depth with kombu, bringing a rich savoury character that goes far beyond just truffle. Finished with Parmigiano, a touch of truffle and black garlic, every bite is creamy, earthy, and deeply flavourful without feeling heavy.
