The man behind the Salmon, Petter Aune of Norway, started with a simple gripe: he was tired of the poor quality "smoked salmon" in stores. While classified as "smoked salmon", these products are made using smoking machines, soaked in brine while lying on steel shelves. Hence one is left with a "wet smoked" salmon that is salty, at best. ional way - dry smoking. First, the fish is harvested from Aukra, a small village in Norway. Within 24 hours, the salmon is hung along the rails in the smoke house and smoked using naturally sourced wood and herbs. Throughout the process, the product is never frozen, maintaining the quality of the fish. The result of this process? A fillet of Smoked Salmon that has smakupplevelse (a melt-in-your-mouth texture) with a glossy pink sheen and a taste that is hard to forget.

Lunar New Year is around the corner! With the recent furore over raw fish, why not try smoked salmon this CNY? First batch of our smoked salmon has been snapped up within two weeks. We are bringing in the second batch around 10th December, just in time for Christmas. Each pack is 200gm.
Price will remain the same at S$13.50/100g or S$27.00/pack.
Introductory discount offer still stands at 10%. For orders of 5 packs or more, there will be an additional 10% discount.

Our first shipment of smoked salmon consisting of 30kg have almost been cleared. After a week, we are left with only about 5kg.
