For July, here’s what’s brewing at Community.
Explore New Origins
This month, we’re brewing a selection of coffees that showcase how origin, processing, and variety each shape the final cup.
We’re introducing a washed and natural lot from David Flores in Peru, both of the Marshell variety. Grown by the same producer at the same origin, it’s a rare opportunity to experience just how much processing alone can influence flavour and character.
Alongside Peru, we’ll also be featuring fresh coffees from Brazil and Colombia, while saying goodbye to the final bags of Ijen Lestari.
A Year in the Making — Mehembe, Rwanda
After a year of working closely with the producers at Mehembe, we’re excited to finally share a coffee developed through a bespoke honey processing method.
A project built around collaboration, experimentation, and patience, resulting in a cup that reflects both producer and process in equal measure.
More details soon.
The Pinnacle Series — Los Alpes, Panama
Joining the Pinnacle Series this month is Los Alpes from Panama.
A beautifully expressive natural coffee that highlights the elegance and complexity the origin has become known for.
Available in limited quantities.
