Cuore Del Vesuvio translates to ‘Heart of Vesuvius’ in Italian, a reference to the fertile volcanic region surrounding Mount Vesuvius where these tomatoes are grown.

Renowned for their sweetness, they take centre stage in our Pane E Pomodoro, paired with warm brioche and whipped olive oil.

The tasting experience begins with a series of sharing bites: Tigelle, an Emilia-Romagna favourite featuring soft flatbread filled with mortadella and oven-baked ricotta with honey; Frittelle di Baccala, crispy cod fritters paired with rosemary mayo; and Pane e Pomodoro, a quintessential summer dish of brioche served with whipped olive oil and tomato carpaccio.
