Last night, Nan Tal received the Red Fork for Best Destination Restaurant at the 7th Gastronomy Gala. ✨

From day one, we dreamed of creating a space connected to its surroundings — the ocean right in front of us, the community around us, and a way of welcoming people that feels genuine and deeply human. Every dish, every detail, and every experience has been built with that intention. 🌊

This recognition means so much to us, because at its core, it’s about the people who made the trip to Playa El Zonte to share this space with us. To those who return, who recommend us, and who carry a piece of Nan Tal with them. And above all, to our team, for putting their heart into every service and bringing this place to life each and every day. 🤍

Breakfast at Nan Tal is not just the first meal of the day. It is the first decision you make for yourself. ☀️

Fresh, seasonal ingredients sourced from local farmers. Traditional techniques rooted in the flavors of this land. Every plate made with the same care and intention that defines everything that leaves this kitchen.

French toast soaked in horchata de morro and topped with fresh fruits. Poached eggs on sourdough with serrano ham, avocado and olive oil, with the Pacific as the backdrop. A corn tortilla filled with your protein of choice, beans and house entomatada. A peanut butter super bowl with sesame milk, cacao, banana, ojusthe and granola, the kind of breakfast that earns its name. And the classics, done the way only Nan Tal does them.

Come as you are. The table is ready and the view is always worth it. 🌿

Like nature, we grow through transformation. 🌿

In May 2026, Nan Tal begins its second stage of renovation. Inspired by our roots and the land that surrounds us, this new chapter is being shaped with the same intention, care and respect that define everything we do here: sustainable hospitality, community connection and deep regard for our environment.

Palo Verde Sustainable Hotel will continue operating as usual. Nan Tal will remain open with limited seating, subject to availability. Day passes available with limited capacity and reservations are recommended. Renovation work takes place Monday through Friday, with no work on weekends.
