In 2022, we dedicated ourselves to learning and training in the art of Udon, Dashi, and Tempura in Kagawa Prefecture, Japan.
For the past 3 years, we've been running the restaurant by making handmade Sanuki udon every day.
Last year, in 2025, we returned to Kagawa to train under the same sensei and learn new Udon-making techniques.
We’ll continue to take on new challenges and sharing the delight of udon throughout Thailand.
