WE ARE HIRING: PURCHASING OFFICER (Samui)

Cocoon Family Group is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Purchasing Officer to join our team.

Responsibilities:
— Purchase fresh products and ingredients from local markets and suppliers
— Monitor stock levels and coordinate daily purchasing needs with the kitchen team
— Place orders and maintain relationships with suppliers
— Keep accurate records of expenses, receipts, and petty cash
— Compare prices and source alternative products when needed

Requirements:
— Thai nationality preferred (daily communication with local suppliers)
— 6+ months of experience in food purchasing
— Good English (A2–B1)
— Honest, reliable, and comfortable handling cash
— Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

We offer:
Salary: 25,000 THB + Service Charge
Schedule: 6/1, 09:00–18:00
Meal allowance

Create a warm, welcoming and consistent guest experience;
Collect structured feedback on food, drinks and service;
Handle guest issues and resolve situations;
Share guest feedback with the manager and kitchen team to improve service.

Requirements:
Fluent English (C1);
Minimum 2 years of experience in HoReCa (Floor Manager, Guest Relations or similar roles);
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Ability to handle guest issues calmly and find practical solutions;
Positive, service-driven attitude;
Must already be based on Koh Samui.

Location: Koh Samui
Salary: 95 THB/hour + Service Charge
Schedule: 6/1
Working hours: 6–9 working hours per day

Responsibilities:
— Welcoming and serving guests
— Taking orders and assisting guests with the menu
— Handling cashier duties and payments
— Keeping the service area clean and organized
— Supporting the team during service

Requirements:
— Confident English communication skills
— Good communication skills
— Friendly, polite and responsible
— Punctual and well-presented
— Experience in hospitality is a plus
— Thai candidates are preferred
