パーペンターズが、HUGSにやってきました！🧸

「情報量が多すぎる😂」
と思った人へ。

P太、左平、吾助、そしてうなぎのポール。
まずは、この4人（？）を覚えてもらえたら十分です。

そして今回の主役は、
ぬいぐるみのためのカルチャープロジェクト
「ぬいぐるみドリーム」 in Bangkok.

会場には、ぬいぐるみ作家さんの作品をはじめ、
バンコクのフォトグラファーによるのフォトポスターも並びます。

個人的には、このポスターはかなりおすすめ。
部屋に一枚飾るだけで、空気が少し変わります。

もちろん、ぬいぐるみやフィギュア、ファッション雑貨なども購入できます。

そして、
7月18日（土）18:00からはDJ PARTY。roten

この日だけの限定メニューとして、
× のコラボから、
あのドラゴンボール寿司が登場…！？🐉🍣

ちょっと不思議で、
ちょっと笑えて、
ちゃんと楽しい3日間。

You’ll find handmade plush creations, exclusive figures, fashion goods, and photo posters by Bangkok photography collective

Personally, we highly recommend the posters.
Hang one on your wall, and it quietly changes the atmosphere of the room.

And tomorrow, July 18 from 6 PM, we’re turning things up with a DJ Party.roten

For one night only, × presents a special collaboration menu featuring the legendary Dragon Ball Sushi…!?

We’re in the kitchen from early this morning, preparing everything with care, and we’re ready with our usual breakfast and coffee.

アボカドトーストと、HUGSのデュカ。

English is below⬇️

ローストしたアーモンドとヘーゼルナッツの香ばしさ。
クミン、コリアンダーシード、フェンネルシード、胡麻を合わせ、タイらしくしっかりと香りを引き出した自家製デュカです。

サワードウには、たっぷりのスマッシュアボカド。
合わせるのは、自家製ライスビネガービネグレットと、美味しい塩。それだけ。

シンプルだからこそ、デュカの香りが引き立ちます。🌿

HUGSのアボカドプレートは、仕上げにカシュークリーム、フレッシュハーブ、そしてライムをひと搾り🍋‍🟩

ナッツの香ばしさ、スパイスの奥行き、アボカドのまろやかさ。

ひと口ごとに、少しずつ味わいが変化していきます。

Chefいわく、この一皿はお寿司のような感覚。

サワードウの心地よい酸味と、アボカドの旨味を最大限に生かし、それぞれの素材がちょうどいいバランスで重なるように仕上げています。

Avocado Toast with HUGS’ house-made dukkah.

Our dukkah is made with roasted almonds and hazelnuts, blended with cumin, coriander seeds, fennel seeds, and sesame. Boldly aromatic, with a touch of Thai character.

On toasted sourdough, we spread smashed avocado and finish it simply with our house-made rice vinegar vinaigrette and good sea salt. That’s all it needs.

The simplicity lets the dukkah truly shine.

Our Avocado Plate is finished with cashew cream, fresh herbs, and a squeeze of lime.

Nutty, fragrant, creamy, and bright.
Every bite reveals a slightly different balance of flavors.

Chef says it’s a bit like sushi.

Just as sushi is about balance, this dish is built around the harmony between the gentle acidity of sourdough and the rich flavor of avocado, allowing each ingredient to speak for itself.

KONTORNが主宰するプリントプロジェクト PPP が登場。MONSOONロゴや日本にまつわるモチーフを、その場でプリントします。

Nuigurumi Dream is coming from Japan🇯🇵

You might be wondering, “Nuigurumi Dream?”

Simply put, it’s a dream project created by plush toy lovers, for plush toy lovers.

A little unexpected, a little nostalgic, and full of charm—this unique culture is arriving in Songwat this summer.
Together with our friends from Thailand, HUGS SONGWAT is excited to welcome everyone for three special days.
17–19 July (Fri–Sun)

We’re teaming up with our friends from Tokyo to host the MONSOON Market.

Expect workshops, great food, and a community of creatives, including one of Bangkok’s favorite pizza spots and owner of , known for documenting Thailand’s subculture through photography.

🎨 PRINT by PPP
PPP, the live print project led by KONTORN, will be joining us with on-the-spot printing featuring MONSOON graphics and Japan-inspired designs.
On Saturday, 18 July, from 6 PM, special guest DJs will take over the evening.

Culture. Food. Music.

Or simply come to discover something unexpected.
For three days, Japan and Thailand come together in Songwat.

Whether you’ve been planning to visit or just happen to walk by, we’d love to see you.

ベーコンをじっくり焼いて🥓
パルミジャーノをたっぷり。

HUGSは全卵1個と卵黄1個。
生クリームはほんの少しだけ。
そのひとさじで、ソースはゆっくりとなめらかになる。

火を急がず、
最後に黒胡椒と、追いパルミジャーノ🧀

特別なことはしていないけれど、
ちゃんと美味しい理由は、ひとつひとつの積み重ね。

もちろん、朝からどうぞ☀️

Carbonara is best when it’s simple.

Crispy bacon.
Plenty of Parmigiano.

At HUGS, we use one whole egg and one extra yolk.
Just a splash of cream helps bring the sauce together, making it smooth without taking away its character.

Cook it gently.
Finish with cracked black pepper and one last shower of Parmigiano.

Nothing complicated.
Just good ingredients, treated with care.

And yes—
it’s on the breakfast menu, too.

コリアンダーの根、唐辛子、ココナッツシュガー、ライムを合わせてつくる、自家製ナムジン。食材を無駄なく使うのも、HUGSらしさです。
