The restaurant
celebrates two of the world’s favourite cuisines,
Thai and Italian, with live cooking stations from
where our expert chefs serve up both classic and
contemporary dishes The interiors are
bright with lots of marble and stone, the service is warm
and friendly, and then there’s the food, which honours
two of the world’s all-time favourite cuisines. Divided
with two live island kitchens
, our chefs pay tribute to
authentic Italian flavours and classic Thai cuisine using
historical recipes and the finest ingredients from all
corners of the Kingdom. Ventisi The Café, features “pizza in Teglia alla Romana”,
a light and airy Roman specialty available by the slice,
freshly-baked schiacciata, paninis as well as an array of
sweet gelato and cannoli. Ventisi The Italian is the place to go for antipasti,
homemade pasta, premium seafood, grilled meats and
our all-time signature from Milan, “L’Orecchio di Elepante” - a double pork chop that’s pounded, breaded
before being fried in butter resembling an elephant ear
with tusks, a heritage dish from the Lombard-Veneto
kingdom. In true Italian style, we use only the finest and
freshest seasonal ingredients, allowing these to shine
in the hands of our talented chefs. In fact, most of our
ingredients are flown in from markets across Italy to
ensure authenticity in flavour. Ventisi The Thai serves up classic, hard-to-fid
dishes from around the country with a focus on the
ancient Siamese capital of Ayutthaya. Delicacies include
“seabite salad” with crabmeat; dried squid soup with
winter melon and coconut; braised Kamphaeng Saen
beef shank green curry with turmeric and tamarind;
stir-fried shrimp with young acacia leaves and roasted
chili paste. Rare herbs and spices are carefully sourced
to ensure we accurately portray and respect the true
flavours of Royal Thai cuisine. Opening Hours:
