Thank you to everyone who has reached out over the past month — we truly appreciate your care and support.
On January 24th, Bank fractured his clavicle in an accident. Recovery is progressing well, but full healing will take approximately 6–8 months.
As many of you know, Aromkwan is highly labor-intensive — from brining and smoking to basting and braising — and requires full physical strength. We sincerely apologize that we won’t be accepting reservations until Bank has fully recovered.
However… there is some good news 😉
Despite his temporary injury, Bank has discovered new talent with his left arm and has opened a fun, easy, spicy and super yummy Isaan roadside concept called Jae Bank () at Emwonder, Emsphere — serving all time Thailand's 🇹🇭 people favourite dishes like laab, somtum, namtok, and g*i yang.
