Today marks the beginning of Food Allergy Awareness Week. 🍤🥚🍞🥜

This year the event falls from 8 to 14 May 2022 as the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America (AAFA) food allergy division and Kids With Food Allergies (KFA) celebrate Food Allergy Awareness Week on the second week of every year.

Food allergy can cause severe reactions, yet it is not widely recognised in many countries. That’s why Food-E is committed to raising awareness of food allergies, and creating a positive impact on the lives of people with any dietary restrictions. 💕

We are so happy to be working with . Thank you K. Anurak, Executive Chef, and K. Orn-uma, Events Manager for allowing us to serve you during our 3-day takeover at the hotel. 😍🥰

Food-E started with the story of our CEO, ’s who was born with Atopic Dermatitis. She has to take care of what she eats to prevent allergic reactions.

Today Food-E provides customised recipes based on our clients’ preferences and allergies so they don’t have to worry about what they eat. 🥝🥗🥐🍗

Our last day of the takeover at gave the students and teachers at .space smiles. 😄🍽

They enjoyed our Japanese lunch set as requested:
🥗 Salmon salad with miso dressing
🥘 Grilled salmon with teriyaki sauce and Japanese garlic rice served with miso soup
🍮 Matcha panna cotta

We also served the vegan version:
🥑 Avocado salad with miso dressing
🧄Grilled pumpkin with sesame sauce and Japanese garlic rice served with miso soup
🍦 Matcha panna cotta (no egg)

Food-E x lunch take over day 2 served the students at .space with chicken Isaan sausage (Halal) customised based on their dietary restrictions and preferences! 🍗🧀🥦🌶

The students from Isaan (Northeastern Thailand) said that the food was delish and reminded them of their hometown!😋

The wait is over! Food-E is now taking over .space and student lunch at ! 🍜🥙🥑🍒

We worked with the chef and team at the hotel to customise the meals based on the students’ restrictions and preferences! 🥰

For today’s lunch, the students enjoyed our Italian set menu:
🥗 Caesar salad with smoked salmon served with soft boiled egg and parmesan cream sauce
🍝 Spaghetti Pesto sauce with grilled paprika prawns and cherry tomato
🍰 Italian Tiramisu

Our collab will last until this Wednesday. Stay tuned for more delicious and tailored dishes!
