6.รักการให้บริการ มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี ยิ้มเก่งทำงานเป็นทีมได้ สื่อสารเป็น สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี ชิมกาแฟได้วันละหลายๆแก้ว
7.หยุดอาทิตย์ละ 1 วัน
8.หน้าร้านไม่มีรถประจำทางผ่าน ถ้ามีรถส่วนตัวจะดีมาก
