Being at an event with so many pop up markets and vendors around got me inspired today when I came across the most delicious Thai mung bean treat. And since there are no rules to sundaes, something to welcome Songkran was created on the spot.

Silky Nam Dok Mai mango ice cream made with rice milk, our and the most decadent Thai dessert-inspired with notes of pandan and scented coconut cream, colored with butterfly pea flower.

Only a matter of months ago, there was one tiny ice cream machine that barely held a liter, and wild determination to create magic.

This isn't the end goal yet of course, but definitely another milestone that will take this plant-based ice cream brand filled with fun flavors fully forward.
