A solemn Good Friday calls for a comforting , warm and sweet dessert. “Binignit” or ginataan bilo bilo traditionally cooked during Good Friday. Our ginataan comes with sweet potato, langka, Saba banana , Saba and bilo bilo all simmered in a sweet coconut milk.
