Today, Juksunchae received its first Michelin Star — and our hearts are full.

Our culinary team wanted to pay hommage to the heritage of chef Henry Lee who by our standard is more italian than Korean. In partnership with Tastespace — a true powerhouse in the world of restaurant design — we’ve created a home that is more than a dining room. With fewer seats and an entirely reimagined space, every detail has been designed to bring you closer to the heart of our vision.

And with a new home comes new strength:
Khun Eik, our F&B Director, now curates a wine program that has grown from just 25 bottles to a living list of 200–300 labels.
Chef Martin Guerra, our new R&D Chef, brings years of experience from Michelin-starred kitchens, where his work helped restaurants earn their own accolades.
