How often do you really spend time with yourself? I mean enjoy your time doing something that your interests or nourishing yourself. Being alone is different from feeling lonely. It’s very important that we know how to be alone and cultivate good energy and get to know ourselves on a deeper level. Because the deeper we know ourselves the better relationships and connections with others, the more compassion we can show and the more we can bring value to our partnerships, connections, families, friends whatever dynamic it maybe.
It’s important that we find activities that nourish us and we can apply our energy our attention to theses activities and have fun. Be engaged while we are with ourselves so when we do meet up with people we are an added value and we don’t suck the energy out of people. Because if our cup is always empty and we’re seeking everyone else’s energy to fill us up, they’ll feel that. We want to be an added value to our relationships to our friendships.
Often we question thinking as if something is wrong with us. But we’re not seeing that all the energy that you have maybe is not supposed to go to someone but something. You can apply it to Art or to your self-love because spending time with ourselves is self-care.✨🍵
