We’ll be closing our current shop on March 31. Thank you for being part of something so close to our hearts. This isn’t goodbye forever — just the end of this chapter, with more to come someday. We’ve loved every moment and are so grateful for your support. Hope to see many of you before we close.

สีชมพู = สุกมั้ย!?🧐

- สาเหตุที่ทำให้เนื้อหมูที่ปรุงสุกเเต่ยังมีสีชมพูนั้นเกิดจากโปรตีนที่มีชื่อว่า “Myoglobin” ซึ่งมีหน้าที่ในการกำหนดสีของเนื้อส่วนต่างๆ ถึงแม้เนื้อหมูจะผ่านการปรุงสุกด้วยอุณหภูมิที่ปลอดภัยแล้วก็ตามที่ [62.8 C] โดยเนื้อหมูที่ปรุงสุกแต่ยังมีสีชมพูเกิดจาก ความเข้มข้นของ Myoglobin ในส่วนนั้นมีมากกว่าส่วนอื่นนั่นเอง

ร้านของเรา เราปรุง Pork Chop ด้วยอุณหภูมิ [68 C] จึงมั่นใจได้ว่าทานแล้วปลอดภัยแน่นอน
