Our Garam Masala is a mixture of ground spices used in preparation of Indian foods. Garam masala adds warmth, sweetness, floral notes, and a touch of heat from the black pepper. Our strong and aromatic masala is made with a unique combination of spices. The pav bhaji that you will make with it, will only get better. The pav bhaji masala is ready for use anytime you want to relish the street food delight. You can add this masala into your mashed vegetable mix. Our Kharam Podi (dry South-Indian chutney powder) is a condiment which can be served together with idly, dosa, vada, and even with rice. Kharam podi is a little bit spicy but with full of flavors. This should be mixed with desi ghee or coconut oil or sesame oil, according to your taste preferences.

Our fresh, aromatic, homemade sambhar powder made with roasted spices. This powder lifts the aroma and taste of the dish. This can be consumed with Idli, Dosa, and Steamed Rice, as per your preference. Sambhar powder can be added according to your quantum of vegetables and lentils. Can adjust further as per your taste.
