Please grab a taste of each dishes of “Tarabagani (king crab)”,”Zuwaigani (snow crab)” and “Kegani (horsehair crab)”, Sushi and Sashimi which are prepared by experience and excellent chefs. Restaurant Hokkaido Ekkamai branch has started the new menus "Japanese style Western dishes" !!
We can say they are "Western style Japanese dishes" also.😜
They are so popular on dining tables in Japan since 1960's.

Living Taraba and Zuwai are like these colors!😲
They are immediately boiled and instantly frozen after landing at Hokkaido to prevent the meat from slimming😌🤔
And transported under refrigeration to Bangkok from Hokkaido🤤
タラバもズワイも茹で上げると真っ赤になりますが、生きている時はこんな感じ。
身が痩せないように、陸にあげたらすぐにボイルし冷凍されてバンコクまで送られてきます。
