“Stir-Fried Pork Belly with Shrimp Paste”

Midtown Thai offers an original recipe of southern food style. We have chosen a lower fat of pork belly and chopped it in small pieces to increase surface for well absorbed spice.

Then sautéed in medium heat until pork skin turn into yellow and season with our shrimp paste sauce. The dish is best served with hot steamed jasmine rice🛎🛎🛎
