THE RESTAURANT
At the heart is Le Beaulieu Restaurant, a fine French restaurant serving convivial, made-to-be-shared and delicious food in a casual, yet cosy, setting. From premium Brittany St-Clair oysters to the humble bouillabaisse, coq-au-vin, homemade pâtés and duck confit, chef Hervé meticulously brings out the detail and simplicity of his food by highlighting the quality produce sourced from France, Europe, Thailand, and around the world. THE GASTRO LOUNGE
Equally inviting is the LB Terrasse, a friendly gastrolounge, alfresco style.
