This remarkable ten-hands collaboration unites Fillets with the former team of Terroir, bringing together Chef Randy and Chef Hao in a celebration of progressive Kappo dining. Modern creativity and timeless technique converge in a series of courses crafted as pure artistry.

To complete the experience, Chef Beer and Chef Girl will present an inspired journey of sweets and desserts — a delicate finale to the night’s creation.
