ight months after opening, it earned its first MICHELIN star, and the following year, it received two MICHELIN stars, solidifying its distinction in the culinary world. This achievement also makes lebua Hotels & Resorts the only hotel globally with two, two MICHELIN-starred restaurants under one roof. At the heart of Chef’s Table lies its kitchen; this is where the magic happens. The exquisite Molteni stove, a true work of art, had to be disassembled into four parts to be moved to its new home on the 61st floor. This engineering feat, initially considered impossible by many, is complemented by a highly technological ventilation system that keeps all smoke and odors contained, creating an alluring aesthetic contrast with the romantic Carrara marble that surrounds it. The champagne-bronze palette serves as a stunning backdrop to the architectural magnificence. Since its opening in early March 2019, Chef’s Table has garnered praise from gourmands for its innovative yet classic approach, paying homage to the rich history of traditional French cuisine. Described as "timeless French cuisine with simplicity and unpretentiousness," each dish has an intimate story behind its inspiration and is personally served by the chefs. Around 80% of the ingredients are sourced from Thailand, with the remaining consisting of premium imports not readily available locally.

This Christmas at Chef's Table by lebua, dessert unfolds as a journey.
The experience concludes with warmth. Crispy chocolate layered with biscuit and citrus jam of orange, clementine, and lemon, finished with chocolate mousse and soft caramel infused with cinnamon, vanilla bean, and ginger.
𝐀𝐯𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐨𝐧 𝟐𝟒 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝟐𝟓 𝐃𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫.

On 𝟐𝟒 𝐃𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫, as part of the festive season, a signature dessert will be offered as a special giveaway.
A 64% dark chocolate tree reveals roasted almond and pistachio, dried fruits, and layered coffee notes, gently lifted by mango coffee at its heart.

On 𝟐𝟓 𝐃𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫, flavours close to home continue with a delicate Christmas ball of coconut marshmallow, raspberry jelly, and lime jelly. Light, refreshing, and quietly joyful.
