"Cat Sake Day," the day I'll be at Marie, will be held irregularly this month, from March 16th to 20th, Monday through Friday. You can start at any time between 6:00 PM and 9:30 PM.
Omakase Pairing Course 2,500 B++
(1.5 hour all-you-can-drink selections by Sachiyo 🍶🍺 + Japanese & Fusion Cuisine)

Introducing Maríe’s new dish🍽️
Marian plum, prosciutto, and wild chicory (selvatica) dressed in a delicate white tofu sauce.

The shira-ae is gently flavored with white miso and a touch of cheese for added depth.
Marian plum is a seasonal Thai fruit, often described as the perfect balance between mango and Japanese loquat — sweet with a refreshing hint of acidity.

This dish pairs beautifully with “Emishiki” sake from Shiga Prefecture.
We hope you enjoy this harmonious combination. 🍶✨
