ตรุษจีนนี้ต้อนรับความเฮงความปังด้วยกาแฟใหม่ของเราประจำเดือนนี้ จาก Kiamugumo Kenya เป็นหนึ่งในสถานีล้างของสหกรณ์ New Ngariama Cooperative

Kiamugumo เป็นสถานีล้างกาแฟแห่งที่สาม และเป็นแห่งสุดท้ายที่สหกรณ์ก่อตั้งขึ้น โดยมีเป้าหมายเพื่อรองรับปริมาณผลผลิตที่เพิ่มขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่อง รวมถึงช่วยลดความหนาแน่นในการแปรรูปของโรงงานอื่น ๆ
กาแฟตัวนี้ให้ความรู้สึกสดชื่นของเปลือกส้ม ผสมผสานกับกลิ่นของผลไม้สุกอย่างแบล็กเคอร์แรนต์และองุ่นขาว หวานฉ่ำ และบาลานซ์ เหมาะกับวันหยุดจีนแบบเฮงๆ 🍊

มาใช้งานจริงในอีเวนต์ take over ที่ผ่านมา จากฟีดแบ็กลูกค้าหลาย ๆ คนที่ได้ลองต่างชื่นชอบทั้งรูปทรงและลักษณะของแก้วที่ช่วยเสริมประสบการณ์การดื่มกาแฟพิเศษจากguest shift ได้อย่างลงตัว

สำหรับใครที่พลาดอีเวนต์ครั้งก่อน ไม่ต้องเสียใจ ภายในเดือนนี้เรายังมี guest shift คนใหม่รออยู่อีก ฝากติดตามกันด้วยนะคะ 🤍☕️.

We’d like to sincerely thank the team for sending us their glassware to try.It gave us the opportunity to use .th glasses in all three sizes during our recent take over event.

ทริปวันเดียว ทุกปีพี่โกว์ & พี่ออย จะมีสิ่งใหม่ๆที่เรียนรู้และพัฒนาเพิ่มมาเสมอ ทำให้การถ่ายทอดเรื่องราวบนดอยสนุกและมันส์ ไม่ซ้ำกันในแต่ละปี

ปัจจุบัน แทบไม่มีใครในวงการกาแฟเอธิโอเปียที่ไม่รู้จักชื่อ บาชา เบเคเล (Basha Bekele) โดยเฉพาะหลังจากที่เขาคว้ารางวัลชนะเลิศจากเวที Ethiopia Cup of Excellence (CoE) ปี 2024
และก้าวขึ้นมาเป็นหนึ่งในผู้ผลิตที่ถูกจับตามองมากที่สุดในขณะนี้

ฟาร์มของบาชาตั้งอยู่ในพื้นที่ Bensa เขต Sidamo ซึ่งเป็นแหล่งปลูกที่เพิ่งได้รับความสนใจอย่างมากในช่วงไม่กี่ปีที่ผ่านมา ด้วยระดับความสูงมากกว่า 2,000 เมตรจากระดับน้ำทะเล สภาพแวดล้อมที่เย็นและเหมาะสมนี้ช่วยให้เชอร์รี่กาแฟสุกช้าลง ส่งผลให้กาแฟมีความหอมซับซ้อน ละเอียด และสะอาดใสไม่แปลกที่ในเวที CoE ปีที่ผ่านมากาแฟจากพื้นที่ Bensa หลายตัวจะติดอันดับต้น ๆ

กาแฟของบาชา เบเคเล ที่เรานำเสนอในครั้งนี้ปลูกในหมู่บ้าน Bodi เขต Sidamo Bensa ซึ่งนับเป็นหนึ่งในพื้นที่ปลูกกาแฟที่สูงที่สุดของภูมิภาค Bensa ในอดีต พื้นที่แห่งนี้เคยมีอุณหภูมิต่ำเกินไปสำหรับการปลูกกาแฟแต่จากการเปลี่ยนแปลงของสภาพภูมิอากาศในช่วงหลัง ทำให้กาแฟเริ่มสามารถเติบโตได้ดี

ให้ผลลัพธ์เป็นโปรไฟล์รสชาติที่สว่างสดใส โดดเด่นด้วยกลิ่นฟลอรัลคล้ายไม้สีขาว ความสดใสแบบส้มยูซุและไลม์ พร้อมความหวานสะอาด คมชัด ราวกับไซรัป เป็นกาแฟที่มีโครงสร้างรสชาติสมดุลและชวนให้หลงใหลตั้งแต่จิบแรกจนจบแก้ว
