Flame Meets Fine Dining

Last night at Saffron Grill, fire became the language of flavour as Women in Gastronomy 2026 continued with an evening where Thai culinary heritage met modern refinement.

We were honoured to welcome Chef Naree Boonyakiat of EBBE BKK, whose thoughtful Thai–Japanese sensibility brought together seasonal ingredients, precise technique, and cross-cultural inspiration. Together with Chef Jakkrit Tummarong of Saffron Grill, whose culinary journey is shaped by the rich riverfront flavours of Nakhon Sawan and years across Banyan Tree kitchens worldwide, the evening unfolded as a harmonious dialogue between tradition and contemporary craft.

Each dish celebrated bold fire, elegant technique, and the spirit of innovation rooted in Thai identity.

Our heartfelt thanks to both chefs and to our guests for joining us in this memorable celebration of flavour, creativity, and inspiration.
