Found in 1958, we are the original coffee roaster on Phuket island, supplying roasted coffee for more than 50 years. As a Phuket-based family business, we pride of our history where our roasting shop was set up in Phuket town, the phuketian people who support our products, countless shops and restaurant where our coffee have been sold to millions of visitors and locals for decades. Using finest Arabica bean from several parts of northern Thailand and a qualified Robusta bean from the south, we are able to provide various type of coffee blend. Applying our expertise in roasting we can bring out the taste and aroma existing in the bean and shape it to the coffee that people like. The Arabica bean we use is hand-picked; grow on high land mountain at 1200+ meter above sea level; processed and stored perfectly. To ensure maximum freshness, we have the beans’ shell removed just before roasting only. We pay a significant effort to store the bean in a conditioned-control environment to let the bean develop itself to the direction we desire. Our Robusta bean although is a small portion of our coffee, yet vital. Treated correctly, it yields a preferable body and strength to the coffee, making it a perfect combination for espresso based menu. As we proud to be a leading part of Phuket coffee culture, we create the coffee that match Phuket’s’ market. We response to feedbacks we tirelessly collect from locals, visitors and tourists. To ensure customers experience our coffee like what it is meant to, we reach out to provide knowledge and resource, cooperating to set up appropriate equipment at customers’ premise as well. Today we are at the third generation. Our expertise in roasting coffee combining with modern technology provides us even more ability to achieve producing the best coffee possible.
