🥩 3 ปี Meatman anniversary

วงพิสมัย…
ชื่อนี้อาจจะคุ้นสำหรับเพื่อน ๆ พี่ ๆ น้อง ๆ
โดยเฉพาะคนวัย 30 ปลาย ๆ หรือซีรีส์ 4 ใช่ครับ… พวกเรานั่นแหละ

พวกเราคือวงดนตรีที่รวมตัวกัน
เพื่อเล่นดนตรีในสไตล์ที่เรารัก
สิ่งที่หลายคนเรียกกันว่า
“เชียงใหม่ซาวนด์” ในยุคนั้น
วงพิสมัยก่อตั้งอย่างเป็นทางการช่วงต้นปี 2548

สมาชิกยุคก่อตั้งประกอบด้วย
คุณนัท (ร้องนำ)
คุณเด่น (Saxophone)
ผม เบสท์ (Guitar)
คุณจิ้บ (Bass)
คุณท็อป (Keyboard)

จุดเริ่มต้นของพวกเรามาจาก
ชมรมดนตรีกลาง มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่
ด้วยเป้าหมายเดียวกัน คือ ทำเพลง และเล่นดนตรีเป็นอาชีพ

หลังจากนั้น เราได้เล่นดนตรีร่วมกันในหลายพื้นที่
หลายร้าน หลายเวที
ไม่ว่าจะเป็น Old School, เฮือนสถาปนิก, นิมมาน, Fabrique
และอีกมากมาย

จนวงเติบโต มีการเปลี่ยนผ่านสมาชิก
มีน้อง ๆ รุ่นใหม่ฝีมือจัดจ้านเข้ามาเติมเต็ม

สำหรับพวกเรา
พิสมัยคือโรงเรียนดนตรีแห่งแรก
ที่หล่อหลอมให้เราเป็นนักดนตรีอาชีพ
รู้จักการทำงาน การวางตัว
และการอยู่ในวงการดนตรีอย่างมีคุณค่า

วันนี้ ได้รับ เกียรติจาก โรงเรียน อาชีวะ เชียงใหม่
ให้ ผม เป็นวิทยากรพิเศษจากร้าน Meat Man
อบรม เรื่อง อาหารตะวันตก ให้กับน้องๆ นักศึกษา วิชา ประกอบอาหาร
ผมได้แบ่งปันความรู้ ความเข้าใจ เกี่ยวกับ การ ทำ เนื้อ สัตว์
ให้มีความสุกพอดี วิธีการต่างๆในการ เตรียม การ pre cook
ที่ใช้จริงในร้านอาหาร การย่าง steak แบบ สมบูรณ์แบบ
การ plating ใน สไตลต่างๆ

วันนี้ ผมเลือก Pork chop มา สาธิต ซึ่ง เป็นส่วนที่ทำให้อร่อยค่อนข้างยาก แต่ถ้ามีความเข้าใจเป็นพื้นฐาน ก็สามารถปรุงมันได้ดังใจนึก รวมถึง เครื่องเคียง คารโบไฮเดรต ในจาน ให้ครบองค์ประกอบและขายได้จริง
