After visiting the in chiangmai under the hot weather, we visited for afternoon tea. The view is really amazing . We enjoyed the natural view on the terrace 🥰 the drinks looks so fancy as well! Must order the coconut and the pineapple smoothie!

And the decoration of the restaurant is relaxing and special as well! Really highly recommend this place!!

講起食素，好多人第一時間諗起嘅，可能係平時傳統個啲齋菜或者係青bb 嘅菜。但其實，近年香港多左好多新興素菜，花款百岀，變到就算係食肉獸都岩食。

今次介紹嘅素菜，係係尖東N1 岀口行一分鐘就到嘅慈素小聚😊佢地方小少，成個環境好舒服，岩哂同朋友小聚嚟食。講番啲嘢食，首推佢地嘅燉湯：椰汁雪耳無花果燉湯，真心好飲過自己落肉煲個啲。飲落清甜，有濃濃嘅椰子香味，嚟到一定要一人整番碗🥰

飲完碗湯，仲食左個羊腩煲，扁皮鴨同蕃茄芝士天使麵！寫完岀嚟我都懷疑自己係咪食緊素😂但冇呃人！用南乳，冬菇，竹筍，支竹，素肉炆成嘅羊腩煲有模有樣又好味😋扁皮鴨即係用素肉，青瓜，三色椒同蕃茄醬包埋一齊食，經過調味嘅素肉食落有啲似麥樂雞，卷埋一齊食係幾清新☺️最後個天使麵，一睇就知勁多芝士，輕鬆拉絲😌😌

上年嚟過食聖誕大餐！今年就避開人潮，早啲嚟食飯。一年冇嚟，感覺煥然一新，更上一層樓。首先，個menu upgrade 左做繪本風同多左好多特色cocktails🍸! 每款睇圖都好靚同勁想試💕💕

🍸 Pearadise
個presentation 好靚！佢係用Lillet blanc 做base, 加入梨同 absinthe , 想做岀似中國冰糖燉雪梨的感覺。飲落唔濃酒味，啱女仔飲！

🍸Passionate night
呢杯係mocktail 嚟。基本上只要有passion fruit 嘅嘢，都鐘意😌😌 呢個加埋grape juice , 勁好飲！飲落幾開胃同清新！

🐟Ceviche tuna salsa
用脆口嘅鱈魚乾做底，上面加上呑拿魚，蕃茄salsa ，洋蔥，黑醋汁，少少酸好fresh！下次聚會會參考下呢味嘢！樣靚又好食！

🦐Garlic prawns conflict
應該係用虎蝦整嘅，濃蝦味，厚肉又彈牙！

🐖Sous-vide spanish iberico pork loin rack
呢個真心有驚喜👍🏻本身見佢咁厚身，仲諗住一定勁柴。點知慢煮真係有啲料，食落一啲都唔乾，外面煎到脆脆地，點啲紅苺醬，估唔到豬都可以整得咁有水準🥹

好大隻鮑魚同有好多菇菇！

#黃金海岸有好多意大利餐廳。好多喺Google上面嘅評分都極之高。我哋咁啱路過呢間意大利餐廳，條街裏面佢都算相對最多人食，所以就入咗去試吓。

首先係佢嘅氣氛唔錯，夜晚坐戶外位都唔係好熱。

💕Fettuccine Doro
份量超大。意粉軟硬剛好。蝦有四隻，正常澳洲蝦質素。個醬幾creamy !

🙆🏻‍♀️Truffle Risotto
又係份量勁多。佢嘅特別之處係加咗合桃落個飯度個人覺得有啲遮住咗truffle 嘅味道。不過都係好食嘅！

🤔Supreme Pizza
呢個就覺得普普通通啦，因為我鍾意食嘅意大利Pizza都係要有厚度同埋比較煙靭啲。但個Pizza好足料，味道都唔錯。

總括嚟講，唔算係一定要去食嘅餐廳。如果係附近唔知食咩，都係個唔錯嘅選擇。

Costa D’oro

Coast has a lot of Italian restaurants. Many of them have very high ratings on Google. We happened to pass by this Italian restaurant, and it seemed to be one of the most crowded ones on the street, so we decided to give it a try.

First of all, the ambiance was nice, and it wasn't too hot sitting outdoors at night.

💕Fettuccine Doro
The portion size was huge. The pasta was cooked perfectly, not too soft or too hard. There were four prawns, and they were of decent quality. The sauce was quite creamy!

🙆🏻‍♀️Truffle Risotto
Again, the portion size was generous. What made it special was the addition of walnuts in the rice, which I felt somewhat overshadowed the truffle flavor. Nevertheless, it was still delicious!

🤔Supreme Pizza
This one was just average for me because I prefer Italian pizzas that are thicker and more chewy. However, the pizza had generous toppings, and the taste was good.

Overall, I wouldn't say it's a must-visit restaurant. If you're in the area and don't know where to eat, it's still a decent choice.

同朋友食farewell 飯，佢提議食呢間係嘅@fillosstaverna ! Fillos 係一間食希臘菜嘅餐廳。我地就叫左個grilled octopus, moussaka , carbonara , pizza con pollo , lamb shoulder 同 steak !

當中，覺得grilled octopus 同moussaka 最好食。個octopus 真係有啲碳燒嘅香味，加埋greek salad 一齊食，幾正👍🏻 另外個moussaka 係第一次食。佢係用一層層嘅茄子，中間有啲羊肉整嘅肉醬，幾特別😎

I had a farewell dinner with my friends, and one of them suggested eating at Fillos , which is located at the Hellenic Club Canberra! Fillos is a Greek restaurant. We ordered grilled octopus, moussaka, carbonara, pizza con pollo, lamb shoulder, and steak!

Among them, thought that the grilled octopus and moussaka were the most delicious. The octopus had a smoky flavor from grilling, and eaten with Greek salad, it was really good👍🏻. As for the moussaka, it was my first time trying it. It was made with layers of eggplant and a meat sauce with some lamb, which made it quite unique😎.

Uncle Tetsu 其實以前係香港都有分店。另一間最近排到勁誇張嘅Letao 又係以前係香港有分店，但都已經絕跡了。呢兩間嚟到悉尼反而大受歡迎，真係唔好睇小澳洲人對甜食嘅熱愛。（佢地凍到痴線都仲會排隊買gelato😱）！

講番個crepe brulee! 上面嘅焦糖夠簿同脆！入面仲有蛋糕同Cream ，甜到飛起！但配番士多啤梨就可以balance 番少少。個餅皮好好食，俾我想像中厚身！Can try try 💕

Uncle Tetsu, , actually had branches in Hong Kong before. Another bakery that recently gained tremendous popularity, Letao, also had branches in Hong Kong in the past but has since disappeared. These two establishments have become extremely popular in Sydney, proving the locals' strong passion for desserts. (They even queue up for gelato in freezing weather! 😱)

Let's talk about the crepe brulee! The caramelized sugar on top is crispy! Inside, there's cake and cream, making it incredibly sweet! However, pairing it with some strawberries can help balance out the sweetness a bit. The crepe itself is delicious! It's definitely worth a try. 💕

宜家係藍花楹花季（尾聲）！要睇就快啲去睇啦。雖然係Sydney 周圍都有Jacaranda! 但係一排排嘅就唔係到到都有。熱門睇Jacaranda 嘅地方有Kirribilli 嘅Milson Park 同Grafton。近近地其實係Usyd 都有（不過就盡量揀weekend 去以免打擾到學生）😎

It is in the Jacaranda season (finale)! If you want to see it, go see it quickly. Although there are Jacaranda trees around Sydney, they are not everywhere. Popular places to see Jacaranda trees include Milson Park in Kirribilli and Grafton. Actually, there are Jacaranda trees near the University of Sydney (Usyd) as well (but try to go on weekends to avoid disturbing the students) 😎.

朋友介紹話呢一間@tottis.merivale 嘅麵包好好食，所以臨番Canberra 前就嚟食埋先走！

首先餐廳環境好靚，但坐位好逼。有得揀嘅話，坐室外會比較舒服。Menu 選擇不多，最特別應該係個啲wood fired dishes🥸

我地就叫左個wood fired bread ($16) and bucatini vongole ($36)! 本來仲叫左個salami 配wood fired bread , 但唔知點解冇嚟。

講番個飽，上枱嘅時候漲卜卜係幾得意。但食落就普普通通，未至於吸引到我再嚟食 ( 可能coles 嘅turkish roll 對@bili_blu 嚟講更好食）

但個bucatini vongole 就好好食。個sauce 好清新同特別，搭埋clams 好正！👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 意粉texture 一流！如果份量多啲就perfect !

A friend recommended that the bread at .merivale is delicious, so we decided to stop by and try it before heading to Canberra!

Firstly, the restaurant has a beautiful ambiance, but the seating is quite cramped. If given the choice, it's more comfortable to sit outdoors. The menu options are not extensive, and the most unique feature is probably their wood-fired dishes🥸.

We ordered the wood-fired bread ($16) and bucatini vongole ($36)! We initially wanted to get the salami with wood-fired bread as well, but for some reason, it didn't come.

Speaking of the bread, it looked impressive when it was brought to the table. However, the taste was just average and didn't really impress me enough to come back for it.

But the bucatini vongole was delicious. The sauce was fresh and unique, and it paired well with the clams! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 If the portion was a bit larger, it would have been perfect!

睇完sam smith 第二日去 new town 行下。朋友推介嘅餐廳都未開門🤣咁岩見到依間幾多人食，就入左去。

個menu overall 都幾吸引，我地諗住食完再去掃街，所以就淨係叫左個pancake with banana and vanilla icecream 🥞

Pancake 份量超大。個texture 幾特別，厚實得嚟又幾綿滑，外面焦糖脆脆，仲有啲焦糖漿同 nuts 🫶🏻🫶🏻 加埋雪糕都齊食，肥到爆嘅同時好鬼正😈😈😈

The menu overall looked quite appealing and we ordered the pancake with banana and vanilla ice cream 🥞.

The pancake was huge in portion. The texture was quite unique, thick and fluffy at the same time. It had a crispy caramelized exterior, and there was caramel syrup and nuts on top 🫶🏻🫶🏻. We enjoyed it with the ice cream, and while it was incredibly indulgent, it was deliciously sinful 😈😈😈.

有人説坎培拉是美食沙漠，但我覺得還是有不少好吃的東南亞菜😚依家Madam Lu 係我其中一間最愛！

大推他的奶油蝦和肉骨茶！唔好講笑，肉骨茶仲好食過我喺馬來西亞食嗰啲👑👑奶油蝦一啲都唔油膩仲好惹味，蝦又厚肉又爽口🎉 仲有羊肉串燒燒到香口同時一啲都唔乾。

Some people say that Canberra is a food desert, but I think there are still plenty of delicious Southeast Asian cuisines available 😚. One of my personal favorites is Madam Lu!

I highly recommend their Creamy Prawns and Bak K*t Teh (Pork Bone Soup)! Don't underestimate the Bak K*t Teh, it's even tastier than the ones I've had in Malaysia 👑👑. The Creamy Prawns are not greasy at all, but incredibly flavorful. The prawns are plump and juicy 🎉. They also serve mouth-watering grilled lamb skewers that are both fragrant and juicy, without being dry at all.

行完山突然想食邊爐，係google map 上面淨係揾到呢間係dickson 嘅大聖火鍋店。一入到去，見大部分客人都係白人已經覺得不妙😂

睇menu, 選擇唔多價錢偏中上。叫左大盆羊肉（木板上），牛肉，各種滑，炒飯同刀削麵。

個大盆羊肉一啲都唔大盆，天天一盆羊肉片嘅貨色同份量。Menu 寫木板上但實際係膠碟🥸

係澳洲都幾難食到質素差嘅牛肉。但呢間嘢成功做到。係平時拎嚟炒牛河，整到冇唔味嘅牛肉片嚟。

刀削麵係cotsco 一箱買嘅貨色。

啲滑食落幾奇怪，好似係雪櫃擺左好耐咁。

永不再去🚁🚁🚁🚁🚁🚁 四個人食左$243 。貴唔緊要，重點係唔新鮮又難食！
