ประกาศชี้แจงจากร้าน Somethin Stupid Brunch
เนื่องจากมีบุคคลภายนอกแอบอ้างว่าเป็นเจ้าของร้าน Somethin Stupid ทางผม แบงค์ (เชฟแบงค์) หนึ่งในผู้ก่อตั้งร้าน จึงขอชี้แจงข้อเท็จจริงดังนี้
1.ร้าน Somethin Stupid ก่อตั้งโดยผม (แบงค์) และหุ้นส่วนอีกหนึ่งท่านคือ คุณวรรณวิมล ทิพย์อักษร (พี่ใหม่) โดยทั้งสองฝ่ายร่วมลงทุนทั้งเงินทุนและอุปกรณ์
2.ร้านได้จดทะเบียนพาณิชย์อย่างถูกต้องกับ อบต. ห้วยแก้ว ในนามของแบงค์
3.การดำเนินกิจการของร้านตั้งอยู่ในพื้นที่ รีสอร์ท Morning Star Glamping โดยมีความสัมพันธ์กันในฐานะพาร์ทเนอร์ทางธุรกิจเท่านั้น ไม่ใช่การเป็นลูกจ้างหรือพนักงาน
4.รายได้ถูกแบ่งสัดส่วนตามที่ตกลง และมีการชำระค่าไฟฟ้าตามจริง ไม่มีการจ่ายเงินเดือนจากทางรีสอร์ทให้แก่แบงค์หรือน้องๆสตาฟ
ดังนั้น ขอให้ทุกการกล่าวถึงร้านและตัวผม ตั้งอยู่บนพื้นฐานของข้อเท็จจริง เพื่อปกป้องชื่อเสียงและภาพลักษณ์ของร้าน
หากยังมีการแอบอ้างหรือกล่าวหาโดยไม่เป็นความจริงอีกต่อไป ผมและร้าน Somethin Stupid Brunch ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการดำเนินการทางกฎหมายเพื่อปกป้องตนเองและร้าน

Official Statement from Somethin Stupid Brunch
It has come to our attention that certain individuals have been falsely claiming ownership of Somethin Stupid Brunch. I, Bank (Chef Bank), as one of the co-founders of the restaurant, would like to clarify the facts as follows:
1.Somethin Stupid Brunch was founded by myself (Bank) and Ms. Wannawimon Tipaksorn (Khun Mai), with both parties jointly investing capital and equipment.
2.The restaurant is officially registered under my name with Huay Kaew Subdistrict Administrative Organization.
3.Our business operates within the premises of Morning Star Glamping Resort, but only as a business partnership. We are not employees of the resort.
4.Revenue is shared based on the agreed percentage, and electricity fees are paid accordingly. Neither I nor my staff have ever received a salary from the resort.
5.Therefore, we kindly ask that all statements about the restaurant and myself be based on facts, in order to protect the reputation and integrity of both the restaurant and myself.
Should any further false claims or defamation occur, Somethin Stupid Brunch and I reserve the right to pursue legal action to protect our rights and reputation.
