เราเลือกใช้ ส้มปลอดสาร จากสวนของญาติที่จังหวัดน่านค่ะ
ปลูกในบ้านสวนของตัวเอง ซึ่งเป็นที่อยู่อาศัยด้วย
จึงใช้สารเคมีน้อยมาก และใช้ครั้งล่าสุดเมื่อเดือนตุลาคมที่ผ่านมา
เจ้าของสวนเดินเก็บ เดินชิม เช็ครสชาติไปทีละลูก
รับประกันทั้งความตั้งใจและความปลอดภัยค่ะ
สีอาจไม่สวย ลูกอาจไม่ได้ขนาด
รสชาติออกแนว หวานอมเปรี้ยว มีมิติ คล้ายสายน้ำผึ้ง
แม่ค้าชิมแล้วยังแอบเถียงกันว่า
“นี่มันสายน้ำผึ้งชัด ๆ”
แต่คนปลูกยืนยันว่า ซื้อต้นกล้าส้มสีทองมาจริง ๆ 🍊

แม้จะเป็นผลผลิตปีแรก แต่รสชาติดีจนเราชอบกันมาก
ปีต่อๆ ไปต้องยิ่งดีขึ้นแน่ๆค่ะ
สีและขนาดอาจไม่สวยตามตลาด
แต่ความปลอดภัยและความตั้งใจมาเต็ม
ขอชวนมาสนับสนุนเกษตรกรตัวเล็ก ๆ

“What can we do?”
It’s a question we’ve asked every year
as hazardous haze covers Chiang Mai and the northern region.

Agricultural burning is a major cause,
and many rural communities have limited alternatives.
So we asked ourselves: What if we could help create better options?
And what if our customers could help too?

That’s why we choose Doi Mai coffee beans for all our coffee menus.
They’re grown in Mae Chaem, a peaceful region three hours from Chiang Mai, on the far side of Doi Inthanon National Park They're grown by farmers who have shifted
from burning cornfields to growing shade-grown coffee under forest trees.

Since 2016, this community has refined their craft
while helping reduce pollution from field burning.

Every cup you enjoy supports their livelihood
and helps Chiang Mai breathe a little easier. 🌱🤎
