Many of you know Limeleaf Kitchen — but did you know we have another heart, hidden deep in the jungle? Meet Limeleaf Eco Lodge 🌱
Our eco lodge has been welcoming guests for over 20 years — a place in the wild where the coffee in your cup truly begins ☕ We came across this old, rarely-seen video and wanted to give it a moment to shine, so you can take in the beauty of this forest for yourselves.
Just 80 km from Chiang Mai, the Eco Lodge offers:
🥾 Trekking to a Lahu hill-tribe village and hidden waterfalls
🛏️ A place to stay, home-cooked food, and fresh coffee from our own land
🌿 Real, unhurried jungle living among the mountains
Over the years, the lodge and its surrounding jungle have welcomed film crews from BBC. Bruce Parry, National Geographic and Discovery Channel, who came to capture the life of the hill-tribe communities and the character of the local cuisine 🎬
We also work alongside the Royal Project and the Black Lahu community, exploring jungle plants with potential for sustainable farming and foraging 🌱

หลายท่านอาจไม่รู้ว่า นอกจาก Limeleaf Kitchen แล้ว เรายังมีอีกหนึ่งหัวใจซ่อนอยู่ในป่าลึก — Limeleaf Eco Lodge ครับ 🌱
เอโคลอดจ์ของเราเปิดต้อนรับผู้มาเยือนมากว่า 20 ปี เป็นที่พักกลางธรรมชาติที่เป็นต้นกำเนิดของกาแฟที่เราเสิร์ฟทุกแก้ว ☕ เราเจอวิดีโอเก่าเก็บชิ้นนี้ที่แทบไม่เคยเผยแพร่ที่ไหน เลยอยากนำมาแบ่งปันให้ทุกท่านได้ชมความงามของผืนป่าแห่งนี้ครับ
ที่ Eco Lodge ห่างจากเชียงใหม่ราว 80 กม. คุณจะได้:
🥾 เดินป่าเยี่ยมชมหมู่บ้านชาวลาหู่ และน้ำตกที่ซ่อนอยู่กลางป่า
🛏️ พักผ่อนพร้อมที่พัก อาหาร และกาแฟสด ๆ จากไร่ของเราเอง
🌿 สัมผัสวิถีธรรมชาติแท้ ๆ ท่ามกลางขุนเขา
ตลอดหลายปีที่ผ่านมา ลอดจ์และผืนป่ารอบ ๆ ของเรา ยังเคยเป็นสถานที่ต้อนรับทีมถ่ายทำจาก National Geographic และ Discovery Channel ที่เดินทางมาบันทึกเรื่องราววิถีชีวิตของชาวเขาและเสน่ห์ของอาหารพื้นถิ่นอีกด้วยครับ 🎬
เรายังทำงานร่วมกับ โครงการหลวง และชาว ลาหู่ดำ ในการค้นหาพืชพรรณจากป่าที่มีศักยภาพในการเพาะปลูกและเก็บเกี่ยวอย่างยั่งยืนครับ
