One year with our little shop.
From the first light we turned on,
the first table we set,
and the first dish we served,
to the familiar flavors and familiar faces we see today.
It wasn’t a loud year.
No big moments, no grand stories.
Just showing up every day,
doing our best,
and learning as we go.
We remember the nervous smile when someone said,
“This is really good.”
The busy nights when we forgot to drink water.
And the slow afternoons when guests stayed a little longer,
with no rush to leave.
Thank you to everyone who walked through our door —
whether it was your first visit
or you’ve been with us since the beginning.
You’re the reason this place feels warm and alive.
In the new year,
we’re not rushing to grow bigger.
We just want to grow better —
one day, one plate, one moment at a time 🤍
