A HUGE thank you to for stopping by Charm and for creating this beautiful reel 🫶

It was a pleasure to meet you, and you absolutely made our week with your kind words about the food, the Masterchef dishes are some of our favourites... glad you enjoyed the snapper, and the chocolate fondant. They don't call Renata the Queen of chocolate fondants for no reason 😉

As a small family-run restaurant, it means so much when guests take the time to share their experience with others. It helps more people discover our little corner of Fisherman's Village and we honestly never take that support for granted.

It all started with this apron 💚

Back in 2020, Renata took a chance and stepped into the MasterChef UK kitchen. It was an experience that pushed her, inspired her and reminded her why she fell in love with cooking in the first place.

A few years later, that same passion found a home here at Charm.

The apron might catch your eye as you walk past, but it's everything waiting inside that makes Charm what it is. Food made with love. Cocktails mixed with care. A warm welcome from Renata herself. Plenty of laughs, a few surprise shots along the way, and hopefully an evening you'll still be talking about long after your holiday ends.

Renata first cooked her signature spicy som tam with confit duck leg during her time on MasterChef UK, where she wowed the judges with her bold and innovative take on traditional Thai cuisine.

Inspired by her love of Thai flavours, this dish is a masterclass in balance and harmony, fresh, crunchy, spicy, salty... absolutely delicious! Today, it’s right here on our menu in Fisherman’s Village. Who wants to try some?

"We booked a table at Charm after reading lots of positive feedback on social media. We had a three course meal with drinks, every part of it, from start to finish was excellent. Meanwhile, here in Koh Samui, we've been doing picky bits the Thai way all along 😉Our Mixed Starter is basically the ultimate sharing plate:

• Chicken Satay
• Tempura Prawns
• Steamed Dumplings

A little bit of this. A little bit of that. Goes perfectly with a couple of cocktails. It really is the king of the picky plates.
