Over the year, we made 2,500 liters of coffee — enough to cover the bottom of an Olympic swimming pool... but only by 1 mm. So it’s still more convenient to drink coffee from cups!

How we choose coffee for JOLLY Café ☕✨

At our cafe we use premium coffee beans from Mae Hong Son – a northen province of Thailand known for its exceptional quality coffee. 🏔️🌿

Our supplier selection process:

✅ Quality first – we test every batch to ensure a rich and balanced flavor.
✅ Premium standard – only the finest high-altitude Arabica beans.
✅ Washed processing – carefully washed beans for a clean and bright taste.
✅ Perfect roast (medium dark) – a balance between bold intensity and smooth caramel sweetness, carefully selected to complement both espresso and milk coffee.
✅ Freshly roasted only – we work with suppliers who provide fresh-roasted beans for the best aroma and flavor.
