สวัสดีครับ วันนี้จะมาแนะนำ house blend ตัวใหม่ของที่ร้านอีกตัวครับ หลังจากที่ได้ลองให้ลูกค้าหน้าร้านชิมตัวนี้มาสักพักนึงแล้ว ได้รับฟีดแบคว่าอยากให้เอามาเป็นเฮ้าส์เบลนด์ที่ร้านอีกตัวเลย ก็จัดไปครับผม

"CATALEETA" เป็น ลูกครึ่ง BRAZIL CERRADO ครึ่ง PAPUA NEW GUINEA (PNG) ครับ ระดับการคั่วเป็นคั่วกลาง ทำได้ทั้งเมนูใส่นมและไม่ใส่นมเลยครับ เทสโน้ตจะออกเป็นถั่ว Almond . Dark chocolate . Grape และพวก sweet berries (ซึ่งต่างจากตัว KRITSADA ที่เป็น BRAZIL SANTOSE และเป็นคั่วกลาง-เข้ม ครับผม) สำหรับใครที่กำลังหากาแฟตัวที่ดื่มง่าย ไม่เข้มมาก หรือพึ่งเริ่มทานกาแฟ แนะนำเลยครับ

Day 1 เราเปิดร้าน SANS เพราะเราอยากให้คนในหมู่บ้านได้มีกาแฟดีๆ อร่อยๆ ในราคาที่จับต้องได้ เครื่องมือเราเริ่มจากไม่กี่ตัว

จนผ่านมา 4 ปี....ในวันนี้ขอบคุณทุกคนที่ให้การสนับสนุนเรา เรายังคงตั้งใจทำ และยังคง Positioning เดิมว่าเราอยากให้คนในหมู่บ้าน...แต่วันนี้เราขอขยายความสุขสู่ทุกคน "ทุกคนที่เข้ามาที่ร้าน SANS จะได้รับประสบการณ์ดีๆ รสชาติของกาแฟดีๆ ในราคาที่จับต้องได้"
