Pros
1. Lightweight: Easy to handle compared to heavy cast iron.
2. No Preheating: Unlike stones, preheating the shell is not required.
3. No Ice Needed: Adding ice is unnecessary as the shell traps natural moisture (though spraying water is an option for a crispier, thinner crust).
4. Easy Steaming: Creating steam is no longer a worry as the dome traps it perfectly.
Cons
1. Not Non-Stick: The dough may stick to the sides, but using parchment paper helps.
2. Price: It has a slightly high price point compared to basic tools.
How to
1. Preheat the oven to240∘C(top heat) and260∘C�(bottom heat) for 45–60 minutes.
2. Score the dough and spray it with water.
3. Cover with the baking shell and bake for 35 minutes.
4. Open (remove) the baking shell and continue baking for 15 minutes at 240∘C� (top) and 230∘C�(bottom), or until you reach your desired color.
