Our friends at NABI - Pai have moved shop to a sweet spot on the main road across from the school, reopening tomorrow, check them out!

We had a very traditional Shan lunch today with items we found in the Wednesday morning market. This is fermented soy bean, two ways, and local herbs to eat with it. If you’re always wondering what things are in the market and how to cook and eat them, where they come and their food story, book in for one of our Shan Heritage Cooking Classes.
