The I-Rovers Sports Bar & Restaurant Golf Society rolled back into Navy Golf Club like a bunch of middle-aged bandits on a mission… and the mission was apparently “maximum chaos, minimum pars.”
It was a properly overcast day — the sky looked like it had a hangover, which was perfect because so did half the group. Zero sun in the eyes, maximum excuses for missed putts. The course was firm, the pins were hiding, and the laughter was absolutely non-stop. We sounded like a stag party that accidentally wandered onto a golf course.
Special shout-out to the spectacular caddies — those legends carried more than just bags. They carried egos, delivered one-liners, and somehow kept straight faces while watching us butcher shots that should be illegal in 12 countries.

I-Rovers Sports Bar & Restaurant Golf Tours – Kanchanaburi Day 3
The final day of the I-Rovers Kanchanaburi golf challenge dawned with high stakes and even higher excitement as the group headed to the beautiful Artitaya Golf & Resort. Nestled along the River Kwai region in peaceful, spacious surroundings, Artitaya delivered a perfect mix of challenge and serenity with its well-maintained 27-hole layout (Lake, River, and Mountain courses). Designed by Mitsuaki Kobayashi, the course offered generous fairways, strategic hazards, and rolling terrain that tested every player’s precision and nerve.
With everything still to play for on the final day, the atmosphere was electric. In Division 1, “The Maui Man” himself — Gerry — arrived with a commanding 6-point lead, putting him in pole position to claim the silverware. However, nothing is ever certain until the final putt drops, and the chasing pack was determined to make him work for it.
In Division 2, the battle was even tighter, with just 1 point separating four golfers. This meant every shot, every scramble, and every putt carried massive weight as the contenders fought tooth and nail for the top spot.
The group enjoyed another fantastic day of golf on the scenic Kanchanaburi track, soaking up the relaxed resort vibe while battling it out in true I-Rovers spirit. Friendly banter, clutch moments, and plenty of laughs filled the round as the tour reached its thrilling conclusion.
Now the scores are in, the tallies are complete, and it’s time to crown the champions. Who held their nerve under pressure? Who produced the heroics when it mattered most?
We will soon find out who takes home the silverware! 🏆

The I-Rovers Sports Bar & Restaurant Golf Society had a fantastic day at Phoenix Gold Golf & Country Club, one of the most scenic and well-conditioned parkland courses near Pattaya. The beautiful 27-hole layout (Mountain, Ocean, and Lakes nines) features rolling terrain, mature trees, strategic bunkering, and fast greens that offer an enjoyable challenge for players of all handicaps.
The group enjoyed their usual lively camaraderie, with plenty of laughs, friendly competition, and post-round stories.
Overall, it was another successful and memorable outing for the I-Rovers—combining stunning golf, great company, and the warm Thai hospitality that makes golfing in Pattaya so special.

I-Rovers Songkran Golf Tour – Day 2 at Evergreen Hills GC, Kanchanaburi
The I-Rovers Sports Bar & Restaurant crew enjoyed Day 2 of their Songkran Golf Tour at Evergreen Hills Golf Club in Kanchanaburi. The scenic course delivered tight leaderboards in both divisions, keeping the competition intense with just small margins separating the players heading into the final round.
After a solid day on the fairways, the golfers thought they had escaped the Songkran water fights — until the evening arrived. A surprise soaking with water guns and buckets brought plenty of laughter and Thai New Year spirit, ensuring no one stayed dry.
Great golf, close scores, and classic Songkran fun — exactly what the I-Rovers tour is all about!

I-Rovers Golf Tours Thailand: 3-Day Golf Challenge in Kanchanaburi During Songkran Week
Eighteen golfers from I-Rovers Sports Bar & Restaurant & Restaurant Golf Tours Thailand headed to Kanchanaburi for a fun-filled 3-day golf challenge over Songkran week. Swapping Pattaya’s beaches for the scenic River Kwai region, the group enjoyed festive Thai New Year vibes alongside great golf.
The trip kicked off at Grand Prix Golf Club, a challenging 7,111-yard championship course known for its strategic layout, lakes, and stunning views. Over three days, the players tackled three excellent Kanchanaburi tracks in perfect conditions while soaking up the Songkran atmosphere with water fights, laughs, and camaraderie.
With smooth organisation, great transport, amazing caddies and post-round refreshments and banter, I-Rovers delivered another successful golf getaway combining quality golf, beautiful scenery, and a great group of guys🤩.
