ผมเป็นคนที่ชอบทานเบอเกอร์มาก ๆ เลย (จริง ๆ ก็ชอบมันทุกอย่างแหละ) แต่นี่เป็นเบอเกอร์ที่ล้มแชมป์ทุกเจ้าที่เคยทานมาในชีวิตเลย ไม่โม้ เมนูที่สั่ง คือ Double Trouble Burger ใหญ่มากคิดถูกแล้วที่ สั่งมาทานกัน 2 คน
นี่เป็น Burger ที่ผมของเรียกว่าเป็น Perfect Burger เลย ในฐานะที่เคยเป็น chef มาก่อน ทุกส่วนของเบอเกอร์อันนี้คือที่สุดของความใส่ใจ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นเนื้อที่ย่างมาได้อย่างดีหอมกรุ่นนุ่มนวล หอมใหญ่กวนที่ค่อย ๆ กวนจนหวานละลายในปาก (ใครเคยกวนหัวหอมน่าจะรู้ว่าขั้นต่ำ ต้องทำ 2 ชั่วโมง++) สวิสชีสกลิ่นหอม ๆ เข้ากับเนื้อได้เป็นอย่างที และที่สำคัญคือเบคอนที่กรอบอร่อยถึงต้องเรียกแม่ครัวมาถามว่าทอดยังไงให้ได้อย่างนี้ ต้องยอมใจจริง ๆ ครับเบอเกอร์ร้านนี้ไม่ได้มีดีแค่ใหญ่เยอะ แต่อร่อยเลิศเป็นศิลปะที่น่ากลับไปลิ้มลองทุกครั้งที่ไปเยือนภูเก็ต
