🇮🇹 La cucina italiana è finalmente Patrimonio UNESCO. 🇮🇹
Un traguardo che oggi diventa ufficiale, ma che in realtà abbiamo costruito insieme, giorno dopo giorno, tra profumi, tradizioni, mani che impastano, storie che si tramandano, passione che non si spegne mai.

Abbiamo creduto nella nostra cucina quando nessuno ne parlava, insieme a chi ogni giorno lavora per tenere viva l’anima gastronomica dell’Italia: dalle cucine di casa alle grandi tavole, dalle botteghe alle aziende agricole che custodiscono la nostra terra.

Io, nel mio piccolo, ho dedicato una vita intera a questo mondo: viaggiando, studiando, cucinando, difendendo i prodotti delle mie radici — dalla Calabria alla Lombardia, e di tutte le regioni d’Italia, nessuna esclusa.
Perché la cucina non è solo un piatto: è memoria, identità, emozione. È amore, dedizione, missione. È quel qualcosa che ci unisce anche quando tutto sembra dividerci.

Che questo riconoscimento non sia un punto d’arrivo, ma un nuovo inizio.
Per i giovani, per chi ha il compito e il privilegio di raccogliere il testimone e custodire un tesoro che il mondo intero ci invidia. 🇮🇹VIVA L’ITALIA🇮🇹❤️

An achievement that becomes official today, but one that we have all built over the years: in our dishes, in our hands, in our history, in our culture, and in our passion.

We believed in it long before anyone talked about it, together with all those who work every single day to keep Italian gastronomic culture alive: from home kitchens to great dining rooms, from small shops to the agricultural companies that safeguard our land.

I’ve dedicated my whole life to this world: traveling, studying, cooking, and defending the products of my homeland — from Calabria to Lombardy, and from every region of Italy, none excluded.
Because cuisine is not just taste: it is memory, identity, language, passion, love, dedication, mission, and sacrifice.

May this be a beginning, not an end.
For the younger generations, for those who now have the duty to carry the torch and to protect — without trivializing — a treasure that has belonged to us for centuries.
